We offer online courses and training, IT services (such as websites, software and automation) and digital marketing services. Descriptions, schedules, fees and durations on the website are for information and may change; the details confirmed to you at enrolment or in your quotation or agreement apply to your purchase.

Learning outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee jobs, income or business results.

Payments are made in Indian rupees (or the currency quoted to international clients) through UPI or Razorpay payment links. We do not store card details; they are handled by Razorpay.

Refunds, cancellations and transfers are handled as stated at enrolment or in your quotation or agreement. If you have a payment problem, write to konkantechnology@gmail.com.

The website, course material, slides, logos and content belong to Konkan Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. You may use course material for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, share publicly or record and republish it without our written permission. Work we create for a client is governed by the agreement for that project.

The website and classes may link to or use third-party services (for example Microsoft Teams, Razorpay, Google). Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

The website and information on it are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We try to keep the content accurate but do not promise it is always complete or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that course or service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts in Raigad district, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have under law.
